Application: Synthetic solvent-based adhesive is suitable for bonding various materials: rexine to leather, rexine to foam, foam to foam, foam to wood, rubber to metal, rubber to rubber, rubber to canvas, rubber o rexine, leather to metal, leather to rubber, leather to PVC, leather to canvas, leather to leather, rexine to cardboard, rexine to canvas, cork to rubber, cork to leather, cork to metal as well as PVC floor tiles and carpet. 

Ensure that the surface to be bonded is clean and dry. Clean the surface thoroughly to remove any dirt, grease etc. Apply the adhesive on both surfaces evenly and allow drying for 5-10 mins or until just “dry to touch”. Now join both surfaces and press well for about 6-8 hours to get a strong and perfect bond. Care should be taken to avoid trapping of air during joining.

Note : Workable bond strength of the joint will be achieved after sometime, but maximum strength will occur only after the solvent has completely evaporated which takes between 12-24 hours depending on the porosity of the surface.
